Join one of my virtual meetings, as an individual or as a couple, and really challenge yourself to build a self-directed life.

This is not a therapy group, though it may feel like "good therapy" because you will be directing your life with a supportive team behind you. 

​

We are a group who cares little about how you feel, ignores your level of motivation, and will challenge your procrastination. Feelings of fear, low motivation and procrastination are part of the human experience and should be given limited attention in a self-directed life. You just can't let life happen to you, you have to make life happen.

Stop seeing yourself as a victim of circumstance and expecting other to fix things for you. You do not need to be rescued. In life, much like a video game, once you know the quest, know the rules, and learn to manage the obstacles you are winning. The No Bullshit Group defines success as being directionally correct, not destination perfect. 

Success requires commitment. Commitment means consistent action towards a desired outcome. Commit with us to eliminate all the bullshit that keeps you from a meaningful, self-directed life.

***The definition of Bullshit according to Dr. Butch Losey is "the lies we tell ourselves or the behaviors that we do that interfere with self direction and self actualization". It is not related to bovine excrement.
